Saint Berdoodle or simply St Bernard is a large-sized hybrid dog created in the late 19th century(1880s) by crossing a Saint Bernard with a Standard Poodle. However, the breed did not gain popularity until a century later in 1980s in the United States. They are gentle, loving, loyal, intelligent, and low energy dogs that are suitable for parents leading an indoorsy lifestyle. Due to their large size, they act as a deterrence to intruders. They are also suitable for homes with older children due to their imposing size. However, when children are interacting with the dogs, they should have adult supervision.

Pyredoodle is a large-sized hybrid dog created by crossing a Great Pyrenees with a Standard Poodle. Pyredoodles are loving dogs that are naturally protective of their families making them great dogs. Their large size also serve as natural deterrence to burglars. Although, the Pyredoodles are by no means aggressive dogs. Pyredoodles also peacefully co-exist with other animals such as cats and animals-alike hence suitable for a multi-pet household. These dogs are adaptable to any living situation but it is best if they live in a home that has a fenced-in yard.

Newfypoo is a large-sized crossbreed created in the early 2000s in the United States by crossing the Newfoundlands with Standard Poodle. Due to their large size, they are not suitable for apartments and Condos. They will be more comfortable in homes that have yards where they can run, stretch, and burn off the excess energy. These are also playful, friendly, good-natured, intelligent, calm, and caring dogs that are naturally protective of their families.

The Shepadoodle is a large-sized hybrid that was deliberately created first in the 1960s by the U.S. Army by crossing a Standard Poodle with a German Shepherd. Shepadoodles have varying appearance, temperament, weight, and size since they inherit traits from both parents. Just like the Poodle and German Shepherds, Shepadoodles are intelligent and active dogs that are happier when they have something to do. Therefore, they make great pets for outdoorsy families and experienced dog owners.

Pomapoo ( also known as Poodle Pomeranian Mix, Pomeranian Poodle Mix, Pooranian, Pomeroodle, or Pompoo) is a toy -sized designer dog created by crossing the Pomeranian with a Toy Poodle. Both parents are small-sized weighing around 7 pounds. However, Full-grown Pomapoos may weigh 5 to 15 pounds with majority weighing less than 15 pounds.

Goldador ( also known as Lab Golden Retriever Mix, Golden Retriever Lab Mix, or Golden Lab ) is a large-sized hybrid dog created by crossing the popular Golden Retriever with a Labrador Retriever. Goldadors are used as service dogs, therapy dogs, and outstanding guide dogs due to their calm demeanor and enthusiasm for training.

German Shepherd Labrador Mix is a medium to large-sized hybrid dog created by crossing the German Shepherd with a Labrador Retriever. It is also known as Lab German Shepherd Mix, German Sheprador, or simply Sheprador. Either of the parent breed can be a sire or dam provided the dam is larger in size to reduce the risk of dystocia while whelping puppies. It is difficult to determine the appearance of a Sheprador since the looks entirely depend on the parent who has dominant genes.

Golden Shepherd( also known as German Retriever or Golden German Shepherd) is a medium to large-sized hybrid dog created by crossing two popular pure breeds, German Shepherd and Golden Retriever. For this reason, some refer to this dogs as German Shepherd Golden Retriever Mix. As a Crossbreed, it may be difficult to predict the appearance of Golden shepherds especially F1 ( first generation) Golden Shepherds. This is because within a litter some may closely resemble one parent as compared to the other, or the puppies may look like the combination of the two pure bred parents.

Ibizan Hound ( nicknamed Beezer) is a medium-sized hound dog from the Spanish Island of Ibiza. There are two coat varieties that this breed may have, a smooth coat or a wirehaired coat. Although, some consider to be a third coat variety, long hair, which may be a variation of the wire haired coat. The Ibizan Hounds are great watchdogs that bark when necessary. They also get along well with children and other dogs making them great house pets.

Pharaoh Hound is a medium-sized hunting dog that originated in Egypt more than 2500 years ago. For this reason, some call them Pharaoh hound Egyptian dogs or Egyptian Pharaoh hounds. Phoenicians spread these dogs along the Mediterranean while they were sailing. The sailors first brought the dogs to Malta where they were used to hunt rabbits. Pharaoh Hounds have been the national dog of Malta since 1979.
