Ryan Lefebvre is an American broadcaster and sportscaster. He is best known for his role as a play-by-play announcer for Major League Baseball’s Kansas City Royals. He has been working for the club since 1999. In 2008, Ryan became the primary announcer for Royals’tv broadcasts on Bally Sports Kansas City.
Also, his role included providing play-by-play on the Royals Radio Network for some of the games that aren’t covered on tv. He took over from the longtime Royals announcer Denny Matthews. Since the 2012 season, Ryan has called most games on the radio when Steve Physioc does the play-by-play on TV. In 1993, Ryan was named Most Valuable Player for the Minnesota Golden Gophers.
