Steve Physioc is an American sportscaster and broadcaster. He currently serves as a Play-by-play Broadcaster for KC Royals and Fox College basketball. Steve has called play-by-play for different baseball, basketball,  as well as football teams. Steve started his announcing career by working for KHAS radio based in Hastings, Nebraska. There, he served as a Sports Director covering local high school and also Hastings College athletics.

After that, Steve went on to become the radio voice of Kansas State Wildcats both football and basketball. He worked there from  1979 until 1982. After he left K-State, his role was taken over by Mitch Holthus. He as well served as a Sports Anchor on WIBW-TV based in Topeka during the late 1970s and early ’80s. He started his major league play-by-play announcing career in 1983. Steve began by broadcasting Cincinnati Bengals football as well as Cincinnati Reds baseball games. He worked in this post until 987. From there, Steve began serving as the San Francisco Giants announcer for KTVU-TV. he worked for the station from 1987 to 1988. Later, he went to work for ESPN  from 1989 until1995. While there, Steve was responsible for announcing Major League Baseball, college basketball, baseball as well as Big Ten football.

Steve and his fellow Cincinnati Bengals alum called Pete Arbogast alternated play-by-play of Trojans basketball for a few weeks until Markas returned.
