Newfypoo is a large-sized crossbreed created in the early 2000s in the United States by crossing the Newfoundlands with Standard Poodle. Due to their large size, they are not suitable for apartments and Condos. They will be more comfortable in homes that have yards where they can run, stretch, and burn off the excess energy. These are also playful, friendly, good-natured, intelligent, calm, and caring dogs that are naturally protective of their families.

Newfypoo Grooming
The Newfypoos may have a straight, wavy, or curly coat. The thick curly coat needs regular brushing to prevent matting and tangling. They will also require regular coat trims. The straight or wavy coat is also thick and will need regular brushing.

The Puppy Cut – To achieve this haircut, the body fur is trimmed to a length of one inch. However, the hair on the head and tail is left a little longer. A puppy cut is easily maintained at home.

The Newfypoos are easily trainable dogs since they are intelligent and eager to please their owners.
