Michael Estime is an American journalist currently working as an on-air host for Fox Weather New York City, for the FAST weather service. He began working for Fox Weather on June 20, 2022. Previously, Michael worked for WJBK, Fox 2 Detroit as a meteorologist.
Before that, he worked for WKYC in Cleveland, Ohio serving as a weekend meteorologist and weekend co-host of a show called “Live on Lakeside” for four years. Prior to joining WKYC, Michael worked at WTVQ in Lexington, Kentucky where he served as the morning, midday, and also noon meteorologist.
His career journey as a journalist and meteorologist began in Macon, Georgia, in the “Song & Soul of the South”. In addition, Michael also worked for WMGT as the morning meteorologist for several years before he was promoted to the chief meteorologist position.
