Before that, she worked as an anchor at WBTW based in Myrtle Beach. Her career started at CBC where she served as a production assistant after college.
During her free time, Julia loves spending time outdoors as well as surfing. She likes exploring all that Upstate has to offer and always looking for the best place to get a slice of pizza. She joined WYFF 4 after leaving WBTW based in Myrtle Beach. while there, Julia served as the weekend sports anchor. Currently, she is thrilled to be in Greenville Sc. While growing up, she played basketball, softball, and soccer in high school. When she was a senior student, Julia was the captain of her basketball team. Her team won a city championship and was named to the PSAL All-Brooklyn team.
After graduating from college, she went back to her home in New York City and began working as a production assistant at CBS’s Studio 43 during the filming of the NFL Today Show as well as the College Football Today. After working for two years at CBS, Julia went to Syracuse to attend the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications. She later graduated with a master’s degree in Broadcast and Digital Journalism. She was also awarded a sports communication emphasis.
