Jermaine Jenas ( Full name: Jermaine Anthony Jenas) is an English television presenter, football pundit, and former professional footballer. He played as a central midfielder for English club sides Nottingham Forest, Tottenham Hotspur, Newcastle United, Aston Villa, and Queens Park Rangers. Jermaine scored a career total of 39 goals from 341 league appearances.

Also, he appeared for the senior England national football team 21 times scoring one goal. A promising talent, Jermaine made his professional debut for his boyhood club Nottingham Forest at the age of 21. By then, the team was playing in the second tier. Over a year later,  Jermaine moved to  Premier League club Newcastle United for £5 million. There, he earned his first senior England cap in February 2003 at the age of 19.

Jermaine was named PFA Young Player of the Year for the 2002–03 season. Hampered by several severe injuries,  he failed to reach the career heights expected of him. However, Jermaine remained at the top level and moved to Tottenham in 2005 for £7 million. With the club, he won the Football League Cup in the 2007–08 season.
