Jennie Montgomery is an American journalist. She currently serves as an Evening News Anchor at WJBF News Channel 6 ( ABC Affiliate) in Augusta, Georgia since Apr 1995. Apart from being the channel’s, Evening News Anchor, Jennie also serves as the Host/Executive Producer of  JENNIE! Show. Additionally, she is a Humor Columnist for “Mom2Mom.”

Jennie is an active member of Aldersgate United Methodist Church located in Augusta. She takes part in the Augusta community program through volunteer work with non-profits. In 2006, she won the Augusta West Rotary Club’s Louis Harris Media Award for outstanding professional as well as civic contributions to the Augusta community.

Guilford College honored her with the Alumni Excellence Award and also holds The Best award from the Augusta Salvation Army.
