There, Kayle co-hosts the channel’s flagship morning program called CBS This Morning. She has held this position since its debut in 2012. Her career started as a production assistant at WJZ-TV based in Baltimore. While there, Gayle met Oprah Winfrey. Oprah was an anchor for the station at the time.
