Taya Valkyrie (Full Name: Kira Renée Magnin-Forster) is a Canadian fitness competitor, model, and professional wrestler. She is currently signed with Impact Wrestling. Previously, Taya competed at WWE under the ring name Franky Monet. Additionally, she appears in Major League Wrestling and is the current MLW Women’s Featherweight Champion.
She began training in 2010 at Storm Wrestling Academy and was trained by Lance Storm a retired professional wrestler. Taya graduated from the Academy that same year in September and began competing in various Canadian promotions under her current ring name.

Former IMPACT star Taya recently signed an official contract with WWE and she is currently training at the WWE Performance Center alongside 17 other new recruits. WWE, revealed 18 new signees, hence making this the largest batch of simultaneous acquisitions in Performance Center history.
On February 14, 2021, it was announced that Forster signed a contract with WWE. Forster officially began working at the WWE Performance Center on February 24. During the NXT TakeOver: Stand & Deliver, a vignette aired promoting Forster’s arrival to the brand with her new ring name “Franky Monet.”
On the April 13 episode of NXT, Taya made her television debut by interfering with Dakota Kai and NXT Women’s Champion Raquel González. On the May 25 episode of NXT, she made her in-ring debut by defeating Cora Jade.

In 2016, in the February 24 episode, Taya debuted in Lucha Underground as the partner of Johnny Mundo. In March 9 episode, She lost to Cage in a no disqualification match. Later on, she competed in Aztec Warfare II, on the April 12, 2016 Episode, which was her first Title match at Lucha Underground. During the match Taya eliminated Cate, but unfortunately, she was pinned and eliminated by Fénix.
In October 2018, AAA publicly announced the return of Taya as an Impact representative through Facebook Watch called Lucha Capital. However, In her first march after her return, she was defeated in the first round by the Australian Suicide. On December 5, she defeated La Hiedra in the semifinal. On December 19, Taya won the Women’s Lucha Capital tournament by defeating Keyra and Vanilla.
That same night she received an opportunity for the AAA Reina de Reinas Championship of Lady Shani for a future match. On September 15, 2019, Taya competed in the Impact Wrestling and AAA event Lucha Invades in New York, where she won the Reina de Reinas Champion for the third time by defeating Tessa Blanchard to become AAA Reina de Reinas Champion for the third time.

On April 12, 2019, Jordynne together with Brian Cage were defeated by Johnny Impact and Taya on Impact Wrestling. Taya later successfully defended the Knockouts Championship against Jordynne. That very year at Hard to Kill Taya defended her title once again by defeating Jordynne Grace.

A year and four months later after she was signed off at Impact wrestling for shooting John E. Bravo, Taya officially returned on April 1, 2022, during the Multiverse of Matches. On her return, Taya challenged Purrazzo for the AAA Reina de Reinas Championship at Rebellion where she won the title hence making it her fourth time to hold the title in her career.
