Steve  Kornacki ( Full name: Stephan Joseph Kornacki) is an American television host, writer, and political journalist. He currently serves as a national political correspondent for NBC News. So far, Steve has written articles for The Daily Beast, The Boston Globe, the New York Post, New York Daily News, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The New York Observer, and Salon.

Before joining NBC, Steve served as the multimedia anchor and data analyst for much of MSNBC’s The Place for Politics campaign coverage. The show aired throughout 2016. Steve first appeared on Football Night in America in December 2020. During that time, he broke down playoff scenarios for the remainder of the 2020 NFL season.
