Sid Rosenberg ( Full name: Sidney Ferris Rosenberg ) is an American radio personality. Currently, he serves as the co-host of the show called The Bernie and Sid in the Morning and “Sid Sports Sunday.” Also, Sid serves as the sports reporter on 77 WABC in New York City. He is best known for his controversial as well as sarcastic humor as a host on countless radio stations such as WAXY “790 The Ticket” in Miami. There, Sid hosted his own morning show.
Originally, Sid was paired with O.J. McDuffie, a retired wide receiver with the Miami Dolphins; McDuffie. He resigned from his position with the station in the summer of 2006. Sid’s jokingly self-given middle name “Arthur” is a reference to the retired baseball player called Dave Kingman. After Bob Murphy, a Hall of Fame sportscaster gave the lineups for the New York Mets, Sid would always give Kingman’s name as “David Arthur Kingman”. The journalist continues this running gag by using Arthur as everybody’s middle name on The Sports Guys.
