Natalie joined “Today” in 2006 as a national correspondent and reports across all NBCUniversal news platforms. She also served as the anchor of Behind Closed Doors and a correspondent for Dateline NBC. Before her work, she was co-host of Access Live,  news anchor of Today, and host of Access. In her over twenty years tenure at NBC, she covered stories like the Boston Marathon bombing, the rescue of Chilean miners in 2010, 2009 presidential inauguration among others.

In 2012, she reported on Hurricane Sandy, Hurricane Katrina in 2005, the death of Pope John Paul II in 2005, and the election of Pope Francis in 2013. Furthermore, Natalie covered the 2011 royal wedding and the birth of Prince George in 2013. For her show, Today’s” she attained three Daytime Emmy Awards and also three Gracie Awards, and a National Headliner Award.


She first joined the Today show in 2006 as co-anchor and national correspondent. Natalie worked in her position until 2011 when the show airs weekdays from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on NBC.


She joined CBS as a permanent co-host and moderator of the CBS Daytime talk show The Talk in October 2021. After one year, it was announced that Natalie would join CBS News as a correspondent. During her tenure, Natalie covered on Hurricane Floyd, the 2000 Presidential election, and Columbine shootings. Her journalism career kicked off working at News 12 working in various roles like camera operator, editor, and producer. In addition, Natalie first worked at Chase Bank.
