Among the guys was Ben and the rest is history! Ben asked Shea to be his girlfriend on campus and he also told her he loved her for the first time while walking down University Boulevard! Seven years later, the two got engaged and living back in Tucson! The pair are forever thankful to the University of Arizona and the pup, of course, for bringing them together.
She is a proud dog mom to William, who is a black lab mix who is getting used to the heat. Shea is happy to take him on a few of the beautiful trails here in Tucson. She also loves spending time with her fiance, Ben who is a Wildcat too.

After completing her primary and high school education, Shea attended the University of Arizona in 2010. In 2014, Shea graduated earning a bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism. From 2013 to 2017, Shea studied at Mississippi state university where she received her meteorology degree.

She is very familiar with Tucson. Following graduating, she spent the summer as an intern at News 4 Tucson. Later on, Shea spent a little over two years in South Bend, Ind. forecasting thunderstorms, ice storms, and lake effect snow. Prior to returning to Tucson, Shea worked in Knoxville, Tenn.
