Hence, it is to be placed in the center of the table so that everyone can help themselves. She once cooked thirty-six of these for a friend’s wedding, 1 on every table. It cooks for one hour with preparation of twenty minutes. The ingredients include;

  • 750g Potatoes
  • 130g Unsalted Butter
  • 3 Shallots, finely chopped
  • 2tbsp Tarragon Leaves
  • 2tbsp Chopped Chives
  • 4 Large Skinless, Boneless Chicken Breasts cut into thin strips
  • 800g Puff Pastry
  • Flour for dusting
  • 2 Egg Yolks
  • 240ml Double Cream
  • Sea Salt and Black Pepper

This dish takes five minutes to prepare. It is an easy-to-make dish that serves four people. Ingredients include 250g Ready made lemon curd, 125g Crème Fraiche, and 250g Greek yogurt. Mix together the crème Fraiche and the natural yogurt. Then, stir into the lemon curd and churn in an ice-cream machine. You can mix all the ingredients together in a large mixing bowl if you don’t have an ice cream machine and then pour them into a freezer-proof dish. For three hours, put the ingredients into the freezer. The alternative way is to put it in the freezer until the ice cream is solid. Finally, remove the ice cream ten minutes prior to you need it. This is so that it is easy to scoop.
