Roger Mooking is a popular Trinidadian-Canadian chef, musician, and television host who appears on Heat Seekers on Food Network alongside Aarón Sanchez. Currently, Roger works as the executive chef at Twist by Roger Mooking, based in Terminal 1 at Toronto Pearson International Airport. He also hosts Man Fire Food (2012 to present).
Roger is also the host and co-founder of Everyday Exotic. He is the author of the award-winning cookbook Everyday Exotic. Roger served at Toronto’s Royal York Hotel prior to co-owning and consulting on several food and beverage operations in Ontario.
