Karl Philip Michael Westerberg is an American drag queen best known by the stage name Manila Luzon. She is also a reality television personality, comedian, and recording artist. Luzon became internationally known as a contestant on the third season of RuPaul’s Drag Race as well as on the first and fourth seasons of RuPaul’s Drag Race All-Stars.
She was placed on the list of “the most powerful drag queens in America” which is a ranking of 100 former Drag Race contestants by a panel of judges from New York magazine in June 2019. In addition, Luzon contributed to the compilation album series Christmas Queens.

It was later announced on August 6, 2012, that Luzon was among the twelve Drag Race contestants chosen to join the cast of the first season of RuPaul’s Drag Race named All-Stars that was premiered on October 22, 2012, on the Logo network. She was paired with a fellow contestant named Latrice Royale in order to form Team Latrila. The pair was later eliminated in the third episode of the series which was aired on November 5, 2012.
