Karl Philip Michael Westerberg is an American drag queen best known by the stage name Manila Luzon. She is also a reality television personality, comedian, and recording artist. Luzon became internationally known as a contestant on the third season of RuPaul’s Drag Race as well as on the first and fourth seasons of RuPaul’s Drag Race All-Stars.

She was placed on the list of “the most powerful drag queens in America” which is a ranking of 100 former Drag Race contestants by a panel of judges from New York magazine in June 2019. In addition, Luzon contributed to the compilation album series Christmas Queens.
