Leah worked as shift leader, Vice President, as well as a Director of Operations for the Oklahoma Weather Lab, which is a student-run forecasting organization. Leah became the top member of the School of Meteorology mentoring program. Worked as the senior representative for the School of Meteorology Student Affairs Committee, and became a representative for the OU Student Chapter of the American Meteorological Society. Moreover, Leah also was an active member of OU Nightly, the campus TV station, which awarded her four years of on-screen experience.
