Kris Ketz is an American anchor and reporter. He currently serves as a News anchor and reporter at KMBC 9 ( ABC affiliate).  Kris always finds himself in the right place at the right time when it comes to big stories. He came to KMBC-TV on July 4, 1983. For more than 13 years Kris co-anchored the weekday editions at KMBC 9 News at 5 before he was named as the co-anchor of KMBC 9 First News in October 2007.
