Jim Hill (Full name: James Webster Hill) is an American sports anchor for CBS2 for more than three decades on weekdays at six and nine p.m newscasts. He is also the host of the weekend edition of Sports Central, one of the most comprehensive sports newscasts in South Carolina. Jim is also a former player in the National Football League and also a defensive back player.
Before rejoining CBS in March 1992, he was working for KABC-TV in Los Angeles. Jim first joined CBS in 1976 where he served as a sports anchor for 11 years. In addition, USA Today named Hill the best sports anchor in Los Angeles.
