Jen Psaki (Full name: Jennifer Rene Psaki) is an American political advisor, commentator, and contributor. Currently, she serves as a television political analyst for MSNBC. Jen joined the network in March 2023. Previously, she served as the White House Press Secretary.
Her appointment to the post was announced in November 2020 by President Joe Biden, the appointing authority. Jen also served as the White House Communication Director in the Obama administration. Also, she was the Vice President for communication and Strategy at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace.
Before that, Jen served as a spokesperson for the United States Department of State and in multiple presses and communications roles in the Obama White House. In addition, she was a political contributor for CNN.
