Jeffrey Toobin is an American lawyer, author, blogger, and legal analyst for CNN. He has written, the O. J. Simpson murder case that was adapted as a TV series, The People v. O. J. Simpson; American Crime Story which aired in 2016 as the first season of FX American Crime Story. Previously, Toobin was working for the New Yorker until his firing in 2020 following a zoom mishap.
Toobin is best known for providing broadcast legal analysis for high-profile cases such as; the O. J. Simpson case where Simpson’s legal team planned to use the “race card” by accusing Mark Fuhrman of framing the evidence. He also provided an analysis of Michael Jackson’s child molestation trial in 2005.
