Previously, Isabel served as an anchor of The Morning Show at NBC15 News from Monday to Friday. While still a student at Northwestern University, Isabel anchored the Northwestern News Report that became the collegiate Emmy-award-winning newscast.
Also, she reported at WMTV’s sister station, WCAV CBS19 based in Charlottesville, Virginia. At Northwestern, Isabel was among the founding members of College Mentors for Kids Northwestern. The organization aims at bringing elementary school children from areas around suburbs to NU. Those children engage in educational activities and are also paired with a college-aged mentor. Additionally, Isabel was also a member of the Alpha Phi sorority while still a college student.
