Elle Duncan ( Full name Lauren Elle Duncan) is an American anchor. She currently serves as a sports anchor for ESPN. Elle is also a TV host,  actress, reporter, and writer. She is well known for working as the Atlanta Hawks sideline reporter. ‘The Steed Society’ named her as the Top 25 Women in Atlanta. Elle was also listed as one of the 50 Most Beautiful Atlantans by ‘Jezebel magazine. Additionally, in the movie Ride Along’, she was acclaimed for her cameo appearance.

In 2011, Elle won the Inspiring Women Award at Atlanta Dream. As a socially conscious lady, Elle has been working with a non-profit organization called Walker. The organization specializes in education, residential treatment for children and youth, as well as behavioral health. While working at V-103, Elle launched a ‘Cause & Effect series. Her goal was to identify underexposed local NGOs. Under the series, she held different events all over Atlanta to raise money for the underexposed NGOs. Additionally, Elle served as a spokesperson for an organization that provides prom dresses, shoes, and accessories to disadvantaged girls called Enchanted Closet.
