Ving Rhames ( Full name: Irving Rameses) is an American actor. He is famous for starring in the Mission: Impossible film series as IMF Agent Luther Stickell as well as his supporting role in Pulp Fiction as gang kingpin Marsellus Wallace.  Ving has appeared in several films such as Jacob’s Ladder in 1990, Striptease in 1996, Con Air in 1997, Only in America in 1997, Out of Sight in 1998, and Entrapment in 1999.

In the same year, Ving appeared in Bringing Out the Dead and Dawn of the Dead 2004 just to mention but a few. Also, Ving voiced Cobra Bubbles in the animated films Lilo & Stitch in 2002, Stitch! The Movie in 2003, Lilo & Stitch: The Series from 2003 to 2006, and also Leroy & Stitch in 2006.

He was born to his father and mother on May 12, 1959, in Harlem, New York, United State of America who named him after NBC journalist Irving R. Levine. Ving grew up in Harlem, New York City. He holds American nationality by birth but belongs to the African-American ethnicity.
