Tony Aiello is an American journalist who works at CBS 2 as a general assignment reporter based at the CBS 2 Broadcast Center in Manhattan, New York. He broadcasts regularly from CBS 2’s Mobile 2, the groundbreaking technology that allows live broadcasts from a moving vehicle. Before joining CBS 2, he spent eight years covering news in the Northern Suburbs from the WCBS-TV bureau in White Plains, New York.
Over the course of his career, Aiello has also worked at stations as an anchor and reporter including in Milwaukee, WI., Nashville, TN., and Greenville, SC. Aiello went to Indiana University from where he graduated with a degree in telecommunications in 1985.
