Steve Scully (Full name: Steven L. Scully) is an American veteran journalist who is a C-SPAN television network’s senior executive producer and political editor. At C-SPAN, he is the host of Washington Journal, a morning call-in show. Scully is set to moderate the second presidential debate moderate the second debate on October 15, 2020, at the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, in Miami.

From 2006 to 2007, Scully was the president of the White House Correspondents’ Association. Over the years, he has earned himself the nickname of the “Most Patient Man on Television”.
