Stacey Baca is an American journalist. She currently serves as a reporter and anchor of weekend newscasts on ABC 7 News. Stacey anchors Saturday and Sunday mornings along with Mark Rivera. She joined the station in June 2002. Throughout her journalism career, Stacey has received many awards and recognition from the Associated Press as well as the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (NATAS).
She is an active member of NATAS and also the National Association of Hispanic Journalists. Stacy also reported international border issues between the U.S. and Mexico. Prior to that, Stacy worked in Norfolk, Virginia where she reported and anchored the Saturday and Sunday morning newscasts at WTKR-TV from 1996 to 1998.
