Roger Hedgecock (Full Name: Roger Allan Hedgecock) is a popular American politician and conservative talk radio host currently working as the host of UT-TV’s weekday Roger Hedgecock Show. Roger’s show is syndicated by Radio America. Roger is also the host of a nationally syndicated weekday radio show heard locally on AM760 KFMB from 3 to 6 pm. Previously, Roger worked as the 30th mayor of San Diego in May 1983 and December 1985.
He took part in law with the San Diego law firm of Higgs, Fletcher, and Mack while also working as the City Attorney of Del Mar. Roger became appointed to the San Diego County Board of Supervisors in 1976 and was re-appointed in 1980. In 1983 Roger was chosen Mayor of San Diego.
