Phil Bronstein is an American journalist and editor. Currently, he serves as executive chair of the board for the Center for Investigative Reporting in Berkeley, California. Phil is best known for his work as a war correspondent and investigative journalist.
Moreover, in 1986, he became a finalist for the Pulitzer Prize for his reporting on the fall of Philippine dictator Ferdinand Marcos. Later, Phil held leadership positions with San Francisco Chronicle, the San Francisco Examiner, and Hearst Newspapers Corporation.
