Oliver Platt is a Canadian- American actor. He appeared in three movies with Kevin Bacon Flatliners in 1990, Frost/Nixon in 2008, and X-Men: First Class in 2011. Platt made his Broadway debut in Conor McPherson’s Shining City, at the Biltmore Theatre on Broadway.
His excellent performance was honored with a Tony nomination for best actor in June 2006. Moreover, he has also received a nomination for a Golden Globe Award, two Screen Actors Guild Awards, and four Primetime Emmy Awards.
