Natasha Henstridge ( Full name: Natasha Tonya Henstridge) is a Canadian actress and model. She came to prominence in 1995 with her debut role in the science-fiction thriller Species. This was followed by performances in Species II and Species III. Natasha has since starred in a string of films and television series since her debut film.
She appeared in Maximum Risk in 1996, The Whole Nine Yards in 2000, The Whole Ten Yards in 2004, Ghosts of Mars in 2001, She Spies from 2002 to 2004, Eli Stone from 2008 to 2009, and Would Be Kings in 2008. Natasha won the Gemini Award for Best Actress for her role in Would Be Kings. She has been starring in the CBC Television series Diggstown since 2019.

She embarks on a killing spree while also discovering her powerful instinct to mate.
The film was an instant hit and made US$113 million at the box office. The film, notable for its sexual content won Natasha the MTV Movie Award for Best Kiss for a scene in which her character impales the head of her date with her tongue while kissing him. Natasha played Eve in Species II, a more ambiguous genetic duplicate of Sil in 1998. However, this was a failure at the box office.
