Mark Albert is an American Journalist. He currently works as Hearst Television’s Chief National Investigative Correspondent. Mark is based in Washington, D.C. He has been working as a Correspondent for more than 20 years. Mark is also editor-in-chief of a news startup that he launched. He is also a Peabody-winning journalist, Mark leads his station’s National Investigative Unit.

He has been a journalist for more than 20 years and has featured on every CBS News broadcast such as the CBS Evening News as well as CBS News Radio when he worked as a freelance correspondent at the network for about three years. Mark won the highest honor in broadcast journalism known as the George F. Peabody Award.

It was as a result of his investigation into the death of a sailor in Iraq.
