Malcolm McDowell is a British actor, television presenter, and producer. He rose to prominence after portraying Alex DeLarge in A Clockwork Orange. Malcolm is known for playing the title character in Caligula in 1979 and Mick Travis in the trilogy of if…. in 1968. He also appeared in O Lucky Man! in 1973, and Britannia Hospital in 1982.
Malcolm has appeared in other films such as Time After Time in 1979, Cat People in 1982, Blue Thunder in 1983, Star Trek Generations in 1994, Tank Girl in 1995, Gangster No. 1 in 2000, Easy A in 2010, The Artist in 2011, and Bombshell in 2019. Also, he appeared as Dr. Samuel Loomis in the 2007 remake of Halloween and its 2009 sequel, Halloween II. Malcolm had a string of roles in television series such as recurring roles on Entourage from 2005 to 2011 and Heroes from 2006 to 2007).
