Madelaine Petsch ( Full name: Madelaine Grobbelaar Petsch ) is an American actress and YouTuber. She is best known for appearing on The CW television series titled Riverdale as Cheryl Blossom and in F the Prom as Marissa. In 2014, the actress appeared in a national advertising campaign for Coca-Cola.
Madelaine was cast as Cheryl Blossom in The CW’s Riverdale in February 2016, having been pinned for the role since late 2015 following a meeting with the casting director, who worked on Legends of Tomorrow at that time. The series started filming in September of the same year and it premiered on January 26, 2017. In March 2017, Madelaine became a cast member of the film titled Polaroid released in 2019. It was announced in January 2019 that Madelaine would star in the horror-comedy film titled Clare at 16 which she would also serve as its executive produces.
