Lauren Clark Fox 10

She came to FOX 10 News team as a reporter in the Fall of 2022. Lauren couldn’t be more excited to come back home!  Lauren is convinced that there isn’t any place quite as special as the Valley, brought up with fond memories floating the Salt River, hiking the Superstition Springs Mountains, watching gorgeous desert sunsets, as well as cheering passionately for Phoenix sports teams.

Luren’s love for news has deep roots. When Lauren was in 3rd grade, a teacher once commented on how Lauren would make a good news anchor one day, and the dream never stopped from there! Following interning at the New York Business Journal, FOX 5 in Washington D.C., and WTOP, Lauren landed her first on-air job in beautiful Boise, Idaho. There Lauren covered wildfires, interviewed a man exonerated from death row by DNA evidence, and covered an investigative piece that disclosed no state law requires the preservation of homicide evidence. But Lauren’s best story was absolutely flying in an F-16, pulling thrilling 7 G’s!

In 2019, she went to KSNV in Las Vegas, reporting the trifecta of celebrities, crime, and casinos. Highlights of that time are interviewing pop icon Cher, and billionaire Sir. Richard Branson, as well as country singer Keith Urban. Lauren also extensively reported the tourism and hospitality industry struggling and recovering post-pandemic, and offered around-the-clock coverage on the death of a local investigative reporter allegedly killed by a public official. She also got the chance to report the 2022 Super Bowl in LA and received an Emmy for team coverage of the 2020 Democratic Debates. While in Sin City, Lauren also did a mix of reporting, anchoring, and weather.
