She is well-known for her tv appearances such as on ABC’s medical drama called Grey’s Anatomy where she played Dr. Teddy Altman, on 24 playing Audrey Raines, as well as on Third Watch where she appeared as Kim Zambrano.

Also, she appeared in the feature film called City Hall with Al Pacino.
