Prior to that, Ken spent 12 years as a sportscaster for CBC Sports. He was first a reporter for Hockey Night in Canada and also play-by-play for HNIC, usually for games in Western Canada 1994. Ken mostly hosted CBC Sports Weekend and the Champ Car/Indy-car World Series, as well as Formula One Grand Prix coverage and Toronto Blue Jays baseball.
