Joyce Giraud ( Full name: Joyce Marie Giraud Mojica) is a Puerto Rican model, actress, philanthropist, film, and tv producer. She competed in Miss World 1994 for the first time. Joyce was unable to make it to the top 10 and she lost against Miss India, Aishwarya Rai.
She was crowned Miss Universe Puerto Rico in 1998 and represented Puerto Rico at Miss Universe in the same year. Joyce placed as the second runner-up in the latter. The model has since appeared in acting roles in tv and film. In 2013, Joyce was a housewife on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills for its fourth season.

The following year, she won the title of Miss Aguas Buenas. She was later crowned Miss Universe Puerto Rico. Apart from that, Joyce won the titles of Most Beautiful Hair, Most Beautiful Face, Best Body, and the Miss Photogenic Award. Some sexy modeling shots almost cost her the crown.
Despite the scandal, Joyce was cleared by former US president Donald Trump to compete in the Miss Universe 1998 pageant held in Hawaii. She was a crowd favorite and finished as 2nd runner-up after Ruska Ramírez of Venezuela and winner Wendy Fitzwilliam of Trinidad and Tobago. Joyce wrote a book later in the same year titled “Joyce, Dreams, and Realities.” The book is based on her experiences in the Miss Universe pageant. She became the only undefeated model in 2000 to win every episode of Star Search aka Destination Stardom held in Honolulu, Hawaii.
