Josh Lewin is an American journalist and sportscaster. Currently, he works play-by-play announcer for the UCLA Bruins football and basketball teams. Josh also announces the Boston Red Sox on WEEI. He became a play-by-play announcer for UCLA on June 2, 2016. Josh called his first game when the Bruin football team took on Texas A&M on Sept. 3, 2016, in College Station, Texas.
Josh became the radio play-by-play voice of the Chargers in July 2005 and served in that capacity for 12 years. Since 2012, he has handled play-by-play for the New York Mets’ radio broadcasts on WFAN and WOR. Additionally, from 1996to 2010, Josh broadcast MLB regular and postseason games, NFL football contests, and NHL games on FOX Sports.
