Jose Grinan is an American journalist currently working for FOX 26 Houston as a senior morning news anchor. He joined the station in August 1993 and has been an essential part of FOX 26 Morning News since its establishment. However, Jose is set to retire at the end of June 2023.
He made it publicly known that he was retiring on May 8, 2023. After his retirement, Jose plans on working with some non-profitable organizations in the community. A day and a half later, Jose’s alarm went off, and he wasn’t able to get up from his bed to turn it off. She asked him what was happening and that’s when Jose told him to call his doctor (his eye doctor). He was rushed to the hospital that instant and was saved from what was about to happen.
