Jordana Abraham is an author, entrepreneur, and humorist. She co-founded Betches and co-hosts its U Up? Podcast and Betches Brides podcast. As a dating and relationship podcast host and author,  Jordana has spent so many years trying to navigate and figure out what makes a healthy relationship. While in college she co-created Betches in the form of a WordPress blog alongside Aleen Kuperman and Samantha Fishbein.

The three women behind Betches have stated that they support a mantra of “not taking yourself too seriously and being confident in who you are. In April 2012, Jordana wrote a post titled “How To: Get People To Accuse You of Having an Eating Disorder” in which she gave advice to not eat food when with a group. The post has since been removed. They chose the name “Betches Love This” because they heard young women saying the word because they did not want to be called a bitch.
