Johanna Quaas is the oldest German gymnast. Quaas is a regular competitor in the amateur competition Landes-Seniorenspiele, staged in Saxony, Germany. She became known in 2012 through YouTube videos, which showed her during performances at the Tournament of Champions in the Cottbus Lausitz-Arena.
The videos went viral and reached several million views within a very short time. They were recognized by numerous television and newspaper reports in German and international media.
