Jericka Duncan is an American national correspondent for CBS This Morning based in New York City since 2013. She made headlines in 2018 after bringing forth the text messages from Jeff Fager, after covering sexual allegations against him. Previously, she was working in Philadelphia at the CBS-owned TV, KYM.
Jericka is also a member of the National Association of Black Journalists and was recognized by the Philadelphia Association of Black Journalists, as the Journalist of the year in 2012.

Additionally, she has provided coverage of several national breaking news stories.
During her career as a journalist, Jericka has also covered the White House in 2018 in Washington D.C. and was also among the first correspondents to report on the passage of Alabama’s restrictive abortion bill since Roe V. Jericka covered the story of the former Northwestern University student, Jordan Hankins, who ended her life at the age of 19. Jordan’s parents were suing the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority blaming them for the cause of their daughter’s suicide. The sorority has been charged with hazing which may have caused severe anxiety and depression in Jordan making her commit suicide.
In May 2017, Alpha Kapha Alpha was given a suspension from Northwestern’s campus. The Sorority informed CBS News that it was saddened by the death of Jordan and they have a zero-tolerance policy for hazing.
