Jeff Fowler is an American director, filmmaker, screenwriter, animator, and visual effects artist. He got nominated for the Academy Award for Best Animated Short Film as writer and director of the short animated film Gopher Broke in 2004.
Jeff began his theatrical directorial with the live-action adaptation of Sonic the Hedgehog in 2020, and will also return to direct the 2022 sequel. He is also known for his work on Where the Wild Things Are in 2009.
