Jason Atherton is an English restaurateur, chef, and author known for launching his restaurant Pollen Street Social. The restaurant is located in London and opened in 2011. Previously, Jason worked at Gordon Ramsay’s Michelin starred Maze as the executive chef until April 30, 2010.
In 2014, he co-hosted My Kitchen Rules a British cooking show that aired on Sky Living from January 23 to March 27, 2014. As an author, Jason has published Social Suppers, Social Sweets, and also Maze: The Cookbook.
