In addition to anchoring every weekday, Jadiann also reported the station’s evening newscasts. During her stay in Kansas City, Jadiann obtained two Emmy awards, one for the best anchor in the region and the other for her piece about the FCC considering slackening restrictions on in-flight cell phone use. Previously, Jadiann worked as a multimedia journalist and fill-in anchor for PHO-TV in Phoenix, Arizona. While there, she received her first Emmy award for a report regarding WiFi hacking.
