Frances has been opening up about eczema, a skin condition that she had on and off for years. It worsened and kept her off the air in South Florida after moving to humidity-heavy South Florida. Frances started taking topical steroids which exacerbated her condition, leading to acne-like rashes on her forehead and around her mouth.
