A year later, it was back to the Lower 48 to start a job in central Alabama.
Eric earned his Seal of Approval from the National Weather Association. He was named Best Weather Anchor in Alabama in 2015 by the Alabama Broadcasters Association. Eric also received Best Weather Anchor honors from the Associated Press in 2015 and 2017.
He now works as WSFA 12 News’ morning meteorologist and can be seen on Today in Alabama as well as WSFA 12 News at Noon.
