Craig Charles ( Full Name: Craig Joseph Charles) is a prominent English DJ, radio presenter, television presenter, author, comedian, and actor. As of now, he is the host of The Craig Charles Funk and Soul Show on BBC radio since 2002. He performs DJ sets at many clubs and festivals, nationally and internationally. Craig left Coronation Street in September 2015 after ten years of acting, to film new episodes of Red Dwarf as well as to continue his BBC Radio 2 and BBC Radio 6 Music broadcasting.
He is prominently recognized for his roles as Lloyd Mullaney in the soap opera Coronation Street and Dave Lister in the science fiction sitcom Red Dwarf.
